A legal disclaimer

Album Consulting is committed to providing professional consulting and marketing services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the customized and time-based nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund requests may be considered if submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and only if no services have begun. Any approved refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Album Consulting and may be subject to administrative fees.

For ongoing services, retainers, or project-based work, payments cover time, expertise, and resources allocated to the client and are therefore not refundable. Clients may cancel future services in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address concerns and work toward a reasonable resolution.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
